David is an accomplished Change Management professional with over 25 years of leadership experience across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific. A certified Prosci® and ACMP® professional, he has successfully led organizational change initiatives across technology implementations, business transformations, and enterprise-wide programs.

He applies structured methodologies, particularly the Prosci® ADKAR® model, to drive positive adoption, minimize resistance, and embed sustainable change. David’s career spans industries including automotive, telecommunications, professional services, and Government/public sector, where he has supported leaders and teams through targeted communication, stakeholder engagement, and training initiatives.

Experienced in delivering transformation in lean operating environments, David is passionate about enabling people to adapt and thrive. He designs and executes tailored change strategies that align business goals with human engagement, ensuring lasting impact and measurable results

David is a member of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) & the Change Management Institute (CMI) as well as being qualified in Project Management through Prince2 (Agile).
